If something’s not right, please contact us and submit the required return information within 14 days of receiving your order.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, and offer exchanges where applicable.

To start a return, please email us at hello@timelesstote.com  with:

📝 Reason for return

Please also include:

📸 Clear photos of the product from multiple angles, including any issue noted
🎥 A short video clearly showing the item’s condition from all angles
📦 Confirmation that the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

ℹ️ Additional Information

As part of our standard return process, photo and video verification is required to confirm item condition before a return is approved. This helps ensure returns are processed smoothly and avoids delays once a return is initiated.

If additional information is needed, we will reach out directly.

All returns are handled by mail only. We will send you a return label once we receive the required information. Please allow approximately 3 to 5 business days to receive the return label.

Items must be sent back within one week of receiving the return label. We do not offer in store returns.

We do not charge restocking fees. Return shipping is free on your first return per order.

Return requests must meet the above requirements within 14 days of your delivery date. After that, we’re unable to accept returns. Please note that returns cannot be approved without the required photo, video, and condition verification.

  • 🧾 Original packaging with barcode for each item
  • 🔄 Returned in the same condition you received it
  • 📦 Items are sent back within one week of receiving the return label
  • 💰Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected and are returned to the original payment method. Processing may take up to 7 business days, depending on your provider.

🚫 Final sale items are not eligible for return.
