We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, and offer exchanges where applicable.

🔁 Returns Policy

To start a return, please email us at hello@timelesstote.com  with:

🔢 Order number
📝 What went wrong

Please also include:
📸 A picture of the product
💳 That you'd like a refund

All returns are handled by mail only, we will send you a return label, we do not offer in-store returns.
We do not charge restocking fees. Return shipping is free on your first return per order.

You’ll need to contact us within 14 days of your delivery date.
After that, we’re unable to accept returns.

🧾 Return Checklist:

• 📦 Item is unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging
• 🧾 Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
• 🔄 Returned in the same condition you received it

💰 Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and may take up to 7 business days depending on your provider.

🚫 Final sale items are not eligible for return.
