We offer free shipping on all orders, always. No minimums. No hidden fees.

We ship to customers in the United States and Canada, with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

At Timeless Tote, we thoughtfully source our products from trusted global partners to deliver quality craftsmanship straight to your door. Because we ship directly from our trusted fulfillment partners, your delivery may take a bit longer, but we promise it’s worth the wait.

📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your tote’s journey.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order ships, delivery is typically completed within 9–15 business days.

While we do our best to provide accurate shipping estimates, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Our products are fulfilled and shipped by trusted fulfillment partners, and transit times can vary based on the carrier, region, customs processing, and seasonal volume. Once an order leaves our fulfillment partners’ facilities, delivery speed is determined entirely by the shipping carrier.

🌍 Customs and Import Duties

Orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on the destination country. If applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the local customs authority.

To ensure smooth and timely delivery, customers are responsible for providing the most accurate and complete shipping and contact information at checkout. This includes any relevant details such as apartment numbers, gate codes, or nearby landmarks.

We will always do our best to deliver your Timeless Tote as promised. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided at the time of order or from delivery issues caused by the recipient, such as refusal to accept or sign for the package. 

If a courier flags difficulty locating your address, we may reach out for clarification. Prompt response helps us get your piece to you without delay.

To keep costs down while continuing to offer free shipping, our trusted fulfillment partners use minimal, protective packaging designed to safely deliver your order. Depending on the item and destination, some pieces may ship in durable mailers rather than boxes to reduce excess materials and shipping weight.

All packaging is carefully selected to protect your Timeless Tote during transit while supporting a more efficient, lower waste fulfillment process. This approach helps us balance quality, cost, and sustainability without compromising the care taken with your order.

✨ Shape & Material Care on Arrival

Each Timeless Tote piece is packed with care to ensure safe travel. Some lighter or smaller items may be shipped in protective mailers instead of boxes to reduce waste and shipping weight. As a result, certain materials such as vegan leather, genuine leather, canvas, or Oxford fabric may arrive with light creasing or folds from transit. This is completely normal and not considered a defect.

Your bag will naturally relax as it’s unwrapped and allowed to breathe. To help it return to its intended form:

  1. Unpack and gently reshape: Remove all tissue or packaging materials and lightly smooth the surface by hand.

  2. Stuff to hold form: Fill the bag with clean tissue paper or soft clothing and let it rest for 24 to 48 hours in a cool, dry space away from direct sunlight.

  3. Apply mild warmth if desired:  For gentle crease release, use a hair dryer on low heat from about 12 to 18 inches away, keeping the air moving constantly. Avoid direct heat, steam, or irons.

  4. Surface care by material:

    • Vegan leather: Wipe gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth and allow to air dry.

    • Genuine leather: Apply a small amount of leather conditioner once the shape has settled to maintain suppleness.

    • Canvas or Oxford: Smooth gently with your hands and allow natural air circulation; light wrinkles will ease with use.

These materials are chosen for their ability to recover beautifully, softening into their natural silhouette with time and use. Each piece will develop its own refined character, reflecting the craftsmanship and care that define Timeless Tote.
